Keeping your case

A subscription works differently from a one-off report. To let you come back, update your situation and get a fresh report, we keep what you’ve told us instead of deleting it.

Whilst you’re subscribed, we keep your cases, the updates you add and the reports we send you, so you can pick up where you left off.

Each time you ask for a fresh report, the AI service we use reads your case as it now stands — including everything you’ve added since.

If you cancel, you can keep using the service until the end of the period you’ve paid for. On that date we permanently delete your cases, the reports we’ve saved for you and your report history. If your membership ends early — because we refund it, it’s cancelled with immediate effect, or a payment can’t be taken — we keep them for 7 days so you can download a copy or rejoin, then delete them. Reports we’ve emailed you stay in your inbox. If you close a case, we delete it 30 days later unless you reopen it.

If you change your mind about us keeping them, you can withdraw this permission at any time, and it’s as easy as giving it. Withdrawing means we delete your cases straight away — and because we can’t keep a case without your permission, it also ends the subscription. Cancelling and withdrawing are different: cancelling stops the payments and we delete your cases when your paid period ends; withdrawing deletes them now.

You can download a copy of your case at any time.

What your membership covers: 3 active cases at a time. You can close one and open another whenever you need to.

Reports included with your membership are the standard report — the longer extended report stays a separate one-off purchase.
